I do support for home and Small Business users, and come across the 'NTLDR is missing' message very occasionally and know how to resolve the problem. My reason for posting today is that within the last two months I have had three different clients call me with this problem. Two of these clients have called me again (within a couple of weeks of me fixing the issue) because the problem has recurred.
In each case there are no other symptoms and as a precaution I installed, updated and scanned each machine with Malwarebytes without any problem being highlighted.
Is this just pure coincidence or is there something that is causing the problem?
