SOON AS I PUSH THE INTERNET BUTTON A BLK BOX FLASHES REALLY FAST FOR A FEW SECONDS.... THAN IT COMES ON. IT SEEMS TO BE SOMETHING LIKE A COMMAND BOX.

That is the Internet Explorer, how you get online prior to that is totally different. Do you use dial up, or are you on cable/dsl?
