:inlove: hi..not sure where to post this..persuaded my aged pops to join BC...he registered..then forgot his log in name and user name..in fact he got a bit confused as to what was what...anyhoo..he tried to go back and see what he had registerd but was told that he couldnt cos 'his email was being used by another user'..ie HIM!!! :thumbsup: :flowers:

Can you tell me how to help him re-register with the email he wants to use..the one he has already registerd with...or..how to remember his blinkin name on here...silly old sod...!! :trumpet:

Im not sure how it all works. But Im thinking that you should also include your Dads e-mail in the correspondence to the Administration. When you use the contact link that Animal has given you.

They may be able to cross reference it with his other info.,(member name and password).
