I recently found this forum, due to the fact that I have been having computer issues.

I would consider myself a novice when it comes to computer trouble shooting.

I am a manufacturing engineer for a major auto supplier (interiors - instrument panels and consoles)...

I am also a member on several help forums, but they seem slow in responding......
