Black Background

I have this black desktop background that won't go away reading:

Warning!
Spyware detected on your computer!

Install an antivirus or spyware remover
to clean your computer

then theres a link that says
"view the list of top spyware removers here"

I ran Microsoft Anti-Spyware (which by the way isn't half bad) yet the background still wont change.

Ok so, I just made a discovery, when I move to my mouse to the top of the window a little bar appears with a close button that lets me close the background and now its back to the old one. I wouldn't mind thouh if someone could tell me if I should do anything else.

Sorry for this delay. Post please a fresh hijackthis log if you still have problems.
Everyday is virus day. Do you know where your recovery CDs are ?
Did you create them yet ?
