Hey there. When using internet explorer if go to site which needs flash(for example youtube videos) it starts to flicker heavily, like white lines going through screen. It doesn't happen with firefox or google chrome. I tried reinstalling flash and video drivers, didn't help

I have Microsoft Windows XP professional 2002 sp3.

Sorry about my english, it's not good.

Your English is fine :).

Did you actually uninstall FP...and then install the latest version?

I would try a repair or reinstall of IE, in that case...seems to be the problem.

Reinstalled, still same problem.

And when opening DirectX Diagnostic Tool it says "Error getting networking info, result code = 0x80040154(class not registered) and whole bunch of registry errors... Reinstalling directx didn't help

I attached dxdiag notes

Please post the entire error message...not just part of it.

And...why would you run the DirectX diagnostic?

There seems to be some key information missing in this post.
