For a short while now when I open MS word 2007 I get the following message:
File conversion- $nereader6.sprint.do
(Other encoding is selected - Chinese Simplified (GB312))

When I close this I get:
Word cannot open this document template

How can I get rid of this message? I can't remember ever asking the PC to file convert from Chinese.

Hello again, Thanks to those who looked at the problem, I found an old post 2006 by Suzanne Barnhill of Microsoft that related to Word 2003, that I tried and it cured the problem.

Rashley - sorry we didn't respond but glad you fixed the problem. Would you please post the link to the post you found so anyone else with a similar problem who reads your post can find it? Thanks.
