I need to replace the optical drive on my HP dv5 1235 dx Entertainment Notebook, but I can't remove the old drive. I've followed the steps given here on page 55:

The drive just does not come out like it says it should. Am I missing something? Is the manual forgetting a step? It's as if there are more screws holding it in that I have no access to, but I don't know if that's true. Can anyone help?

Thanks in advance.

Make sure the tray is open before trying to pull it out. Just like it says insert a paper clip in the pin hole and pop the tray out, make sure the screw is out and pull the drive out.
