I have an HP IPod that has suddenly "crapped out." I bumped it, but didn't think it would be hard enough to break it. Now when I plug it in to my computer everything freezes.

I've searched IPod support and HP support and can't find any help. Is it repairable?
Ever since we crawled out of that primordial slime, that's been our unifying cry: "More light."… Light is knowledge. Light is life. Light is light.
