Something has added a new user folder to my computer. It's named UpdatusUser. I ran Avast several times, including a boottime scan which found a virus that I deleted. I tried to delete this folder through the "User Accounts" in the control panel, but it won't go away. I noticed it being there for the first time just this morning. Any advice on removing this?

I also had several stop errors, forcing me to shut down my computer. I ran Super Anti Spyware and it found nothing.

Thanks for any help.

Apparently, its some sort of new auto Update service for Nvidia drivers:

Nvidia version 270+ drivers make a hidden UpdatusUser account on your system http://reclaimyourgame.com/threads/4630-Nvidia-version-270-drivers-make-a-hidden-UpdatusUser-account-on-your-system!

How do I get NVIDIA Update?

When you install a Release 270 or later GeForce/ION driver from www.nvidia.com, you will be presented with the option to install NVIDIA Update.

I've read that if you uninstall "Nvidia Update" in Control Panel>> Programs & Features it removes the updatususer acct.
