I have been frequently visiting the Malware Response Training Admissions page for nearly a month in an attempt to get in. I have read numerous other posts that say that there is no way to predict when a spot will open. I have a different question: Once, a spot opens up how long are applications taken? Is it the first person that clicks gets in, the first certain number of people can apply, or something else?

I am very interested in participating and would like to know how religiously to check for a spot.

Hello and thank you for the expressed interest in our training program.

Once, a spot opens up how long are applications taken? Is it the first person that clicks gets in, the first certain number of people can apply, or something else?

When spots open, there is always a certain number available (this will be visible on the Admission page). Once an application is successfully submitted, the number of open slots will be adapted likewise. So, in other words, the slots stay open until a number of applications has been submitted that equals the number of opened slots.

My recommendation would be to bookmark the Admissions page and check it often (I remember when I was looking for an opening, it took me three weeks to catch a slot). :)

I hope this answers your question.
