Internal Thermal Error

My computer shuts down sometimes after just 5 minutes with a error of Thermal overheated and when I boot back up I have to press F1 or F2 for settings. Any idea if this is something I can have fixed. Sometimes it stays on for hours no problem.

When was the last time you dusted out your computer?
