strange issue,clean install.

the other day i noticed the game website that i use got hacked and it had been a while from doing a clean install of my os so i reinstalled everything.
now today i think im infected still.i ran combo fix (i know i know)and the regedit stoped working (a pop up window)3 times.never did that b4.
also im seeing alot of spam emails from friends and love 1's that i know wouldn't spam
avast boot time scan and full scan came up clean.MBAM clean.SAS no thing but cookies.spybot is clean.im unsure where to go from here.
plz advise!

when i ran combo fix it did remove a reg backup from my docs folder (i put it there).
just after that regedit crashed a few times the combo fix rebooted the pc and reg edit crashed a time or 2 more.
btw my pc was for sure infected when i did the fresh install,unsure if it came over to the fresh install.

You shouldn't be running Combofix on your own.
Did you run Combofix before, or after clean installation?
Did clean installation include hard drive formatting?

i did b4 and after.
yes i did the full format.
but i did have my data drive that didnt get wiped.

Did you scan your extra drive with an AV program after formatting your main drive?

You're still not saying what are your current issues beside some spam.

yes i did a full/deep scan b4 and after with avast MBAM SAS and spybot.
i play alot of games on this pc so i notice alot of lag and such.
i dont really use the pc for the web other then email,so issues is hard for me too say.
