I am on Windows XP on an Inspiron laptop. I was have the BSOD come up several times but that has stopped. Now the thing is constantly freezing. I may be browsing an internet page, scrolling a document, or nothing at all. Suddenly the mouse won't move and the machine won't do anything. Cntl/Alt/Dlt does nothing - I have to hold the power button. It starts up just fine, like nothing ever happened.

Download BlueScreenView (in Zip file)
No installation required.
Unzip downloaded file and double click on BlueScreenView.exe file to run the program.
When scanning is done, go Edit>Select All.
Go File>Save Selected Items, and save the report as BSOD.txt.
Open BSOD.txt in Notepad, copy all content, and paste it into your next reply.

BlueScreenViewer didn't show anything on the log. I am assuming one of the things we did yesterday, c-cleaner, etc must have erased them.

Download System Information for Windows (SIW free version)
No installation required.

After it scans your computer, navigate to Hardware>Sensors and post all info from there.
