Have a Windows 7 64bit Compaq laptop. Tried to change time and set the time zone, but nothing works. Changed to the correct time in bios, but still cannot get a time zone "installed" It says your current time zone is not regognized. Please select a valid time zone, but the change time zone button does nothing. Tried to set additional clocks but NO time zones are listed in the drop menu. Also can't change date and time option the "ok" button is grayed out. Any help would be fantastic. Microsoft's website was no help. The only thing I found was it is a known issue but no fix.
