Spybot finds Pipas.A

Hi!
Ive got the same problem! Spybot finds Pipas.A, deletes it, but after rebooting Pipas.A is back! The effect: links of the search results in google were not followed and related but wrong sites were shown. Maybe another virus?
Cretemonster can you help me? Tried to follow the steps shown above, but no effect! Maybe with my hijack info you can help me! Please! Thanx!
