Hey! Hopefully you can help me troubleshoot this:

I have an Allen and Heath sound board with a built in sound card but when I record there is white noise in the track. This is when all mics are not on. Playback of any files sounds normal but all sound recorded has white noise and nothing I can do other than wire from the board to the commuters internal card. However us sound board is very new and when ,we are onairit sounds normal. Any thoughts?

Windows pro system, cd quality audio setting, tried 3 different recorders.

Thanks... Justin
