Only starting today, I keep getting "the Silverlight plugin has crashed" error message every time I try to watch a movie with Netflix. I have tried using a different browser (Firefox and IE8). I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling Silverlight several times. I've tried resetting the default settings on the IE browswer. I contacted Netflix, and they insisted that the problem was with me and not their site. But, nothing I've tried has worked. I've been using Netflix for a couple of months now, and this is the first problem I've had. I'm running Windows XP. If anyone has any ideas, please let me know.
