A Q drive designation suddenly appeared when I ran Malwarebytes full scan. What is it and can I or should I try to delete it?

It's part of MS Office. Do you have Office installed? If so leave it alone. It's not a real drive and you cant really do anything with it. Read here: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/982434

I dont have MS Office on this computer. When I tried to open local drive Q to see what it has loaded on it, access is denied. I ran Malwarebytes scan and it scanned some 151,000 items with no infections. I also found a user account "ASP.NET Machine A... that I didn't set up. It says it is a limited account, password protected. Computer acts strange and sometimes tells me other people are logged in when I shut it down.
