100ksearchers, existing method doesnt work

dear mods,
i dont know what went wrong as i am personally a computer graduate, but this problem is driving me crazy.i was browsing and suddenly the browser crashed and av popup message about some virus which i neglected as it was remvoed by av.
but form then when i use firefox, i search for something and i open it in new tab it will go to 100ksearches.com, (before that i was also getting message to downlioad tubedownloader.exe) which no longer buzz me.

i have used methods defined by one user but problem come when i install the malware program(super antispyware) , it install well but doesnt run and i get a message of device not available or no permission, same thing with mbam as well which restrict me from disinfection as i guess.

i tried in safe mode but in vein.
combofix hangs and dont go further.

help please

tried spybot but crashes as well,
also tried combofix via safemode command prompt but hangs again.

any one please i need help
