No Bios Beep

... so, .... the most obvious part of this problem is the no bios beep ...
I don't overclock ...
I do tend to run "too many" things at once ...
It was fine ... then it made this awful repetitive noise from the last sound it made & froze ... , no bsod ...
i let it sit a while , then tried it again , was fine for a while ... then the same 2 tone repetitive noise & before i could get to the power button , it reset itself .... & I never heard the bios beep again ...
... After taking a look inside i pulled a quarter to a half inch of dust from between the fan and the heatSink ...
... & It's only a 400 watt power supply ... but everything still sounds like it's powering up & My fans Do light up still ... ...

??Is this a burnt out (overheated) Processor ...??

-Intel 5200 ... on a MSI P6NGM2 MotherBo...

... (Maybe-Maybe Not) Obvious ... Doesn't start (no bios beep)

... ohhhhhhhhhhh , thanks anyway ....after a while i realized i didn't try switching ram ... * Workes perfect ! ...
