I have installed windows xp 2 a couple of times now and my computer on start up tries to locate this file. I have also guided to install netframe 1.1 and things started getting weird of which I un-installed but have my doubts about my OS being back to the original form. I am also wondering if I have remenats of Symatics left in here and they are causing me conflicts with a different security package. Pease advise at your convienance.
