Windows XP Repair Virus/Redirect

After running several different virus scans, I no longer have the hard drive error, etc. boxes popping up. What is left is the redirect. Also, when I click on Webroot in the start menu, where it used to say "scan", now says "####antimalware 12#####. I have not been able to do a full scan with Webroot since this started. The computer shuts down at times. The Window Security box pops up a lot.
