I recently had a monitor issue and a technician did a rollback on my computer. Now the computer is not recognizing the DVD drive and several other programs. The technician is no longer available so I'm on my own. Is there some program that will help find what drivers are missing and fix what is going on? Thanks!

Can you post some error messages that you receive...which indicate a problem?
