iphone 4 not recognized in itunes

itunes will not recognize my i phone 4. my computer recognizes that a mass storage device is connected to the computer and with other computers itunes recognizes the phone. apple mobile device is activated. i did a little research and it looks like i am missing a apple mobile device driver?? thanks

What version of itunes do you have installed?

the newest version. i uninstalled itunes then reinstalled it when it wasnt working properly

i tried all the solutions from the link you posted and none of them solve the problem....

Have you tried enabling it?

Click "Start" and then "Control Panel."
Open "Administrative Tools" and then select "Services."
Locate the "Apple Mobile Device" service from the list. Right-click and select "Properties." Click the "Start" button under "Service status." Select "Automatic" under "Startup type."

You could always try just downloading the driver and installing it separately.

what driver do i need to download and where can i find it???
