Hey I've been hit with some nasty malware a while ago (antivirus 2011); I was able to get rid of it with Malwarebytes but after a while my computer started to worsen on its own...I noticed while playing videos/games It would shudder and skip for a while both video and audio so I checked the task manager and I would notice that I was getting 100% CPU... it would usually come from the game or video program I was using (World of Warcraft and KMPLAYER) it would spike up to 60 CPU and stay there for a good 30 seconds and then come back to normal thus making playing the game or video nearly impossible

I get redirects to a website called goingonearth.com which seem to be dead links because they don't actually send me to a website but it only happens with google.com and it really doesn't bother me much because it doesn't redirect me 100% of the time I'm more concerned about the CPU virus

Things I tried: (both normal and safe booted)
Combofix (Does not get past scanning)

I would love help from anyone possible I've looked around and found no solution..

Thank you
