I've seen that somebody had the same problem as I am having, and you helped him. I did'nt follow his steps just in case I could do something wrong, so I am asking for expert advice before doing anything.

Many times when I search something on google, insted of the webpage I selected, I am redirected to goingonearth.com and nothing appears on the screen (but the WOT add-on of my mozilla warns me of the poor reputation of that website). It is very annoying to get back and try to open again the selected webpage. I am tired of this virus. Please help me.

I've asked a mod to move this to the appropriate forum - please wait for a malware specialist to respond.
