adbcd.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close

I want to install AutoData 3.24 on windows XP SP2. First install windows installer 3.1 then install .Net framework 3.5 After that I install the program.when I double click to open it gives me this error "adbcd.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." please help me how to solve this problem.

Why are you running Windows XP SP2?

You are probably getting that error, because your OS is grossly outdated. Try upgrading to SP3 via: Windows XP SP3 Installation File

I upgrade to SP3 but the error still comes to the program

Everything I see indicates that program download is illegal and, therefore, possibly contains malware.
