I just reinstalled Win7 32bit from my Dell system restore. I can ping other computers on my system and they can ping me. My other computers can access the internet. I am hooked to my network both by hard wire and by wireless as before. I am at a lose as to what to look at to correct this problem.

Was this a clean installation of Windows or a restore of a recovery partition to factory shipped state? Any errors in device manager?

This was a restore of a recovery partition to factory shipped state. There are no errors in the device manager.
