I discovered this site watching a tech at work log in remotely (LogMeIn) to a laptop to fix it. Excellent resource you have here. I was a PC desktop support guy from 1995-2000 and now work in the health care field. I'm looking to find out why my PC logs in and immediately logs out, even in safe mode.

The real art of conversation isn't just saying the right thing at the right time, but leaving unsaid the wrong thing at the tempting moment.
