The problem I am having is that I believe I may have some sort of malware on my computer. Currently, Norton 360 will not open, Malwarebytes will not update, and Mozilla firebox is not longer working. In safemode, I was able to get mozilla to work and manually update malwarebytes, however in standard operating, they won't work. A malwarebytes scan yielded no results. I have tried to look into reinstalling Norton, but the removal tool will not download. Any suggestions or thoughts are greatly appreciated. Thank you
