I receive emails from several commercial sites. Today, when I try to open them, I get a "Security Alert" dialogue box stating that "Revocation information for the Security Certificate about the site is not available. Do you want to proceed?" The box has three buttons; "Yes", "No" and "View Certificate". Clicking any of them does nothing but flash the box and I cannot read the email. The only way to remove the box is to use Task Manager to close OE. One of the offending sites is www.mercola.com.

Hi metaphysics,

I am not sure if this will help or not, but check the time and date on your clock settings is correct. After a little bit of research I found this can cause that problem.

If what JoDav suggests doesn't work, then Please perform the following, so that we can get the exact specs of your computer. This will better assist us in helping you more.

Publish a Snapshot using Speccy

The below is for those who cannot get online

Please take caution when attaching a text file to your post if you cannot copy/paste the link to your post, you will need to edit it to make sure that your Windows Key is not present.

Boy you guys are good! Not only are you fast to reply, but right on the money. I did check my calendar and found that it was inadvertently set incorrectly by me when I checked a date on the calendar yesterday. OE now works correctly.
Many Thanks
