I'm still getting this error "Cannot remove folder Dc39: Access is denied" when I empty my Recycle Bin. I open the Recycle Bin and there is nothing there. I've ran every scan known to man and have found nothing. I've searched my computer and the registry to no avail. Anyone have any great ideas?

Try this tool called Temp File CLeaner and see if it does the trick.
