For some reason, any and all windows/programs randomly stop responding and even attempts to restart or shut-down fail to complete? I'd appreciate any help. Thanks in advance.

1) What is new or different since the last time everything worked properly (ie, new hw, new sw, virus, error, etc)?

2) Have you run full scans with both your anti virus app AND MalwareBytes? If not, please do so.
