Hi everyone,

A couple weeks back I noticed Chrome, my usual browser, would redirect me to Scour.com each time I searched and clicked a link. If I clicked back, then clicked the link I wanted again, it would work. My machine began slowing down, and now when I log on normally, I just get a black screen, where only my mouse and Ctrl+Alt+Del work. I did an F8 start and am now running a second virus scan on my guest account (rather than my admin one) - like the first scan it's not turning anything up.

This is a great example of hindsight being 20/20 - I wish I'd asked before it got to this point!

Any help you can give me would be very much appreciated.

Thank you!
