win 7 security 2012

My computer seems to be infected with win 7 security 2012. Everytime I open the Firefox broswer I get a new blank Firefox tab and none of my previous tabs are there anymore. My computer has windows 7 home premium and Firefox as internet browser. I am following the instructions the instructions at


My query at the moment is regarding RKill download. the instructions say to click on the iExplore.exe download link. But I have Firefox browser. What do I do ?

It doesn't matter. iExplore.exe is just renamed rKill. Renamed to fool your infection.
