Ok so for some time I've had to deal with this irritating pop-up I have to wait for, for me to install games. Eventually this gets very tiring as some programs make me wait as long as 50min just for the Admin Accept/Decline message comes up...so obviously I will lose my patience waiting and waiting and waiting until that message pops up.

Is there anyway that I can temporarily allow my computer to by-pass this wall so that I don't have to wait forever to install something?

thanks and reguards, Brandon

Umm I'm not sure that answers my question...I meant more like, can I run a *Setup.exe* without having to Accept/Decline the installation, because whenever I start a setup.exe I occasionaly get those programs that take forever until the Accept/Decline message appears, I've checked in the *Temp* file in the "Windows" folder within my hard-drive and the file is usually there, but nothing happens until way later, then the installation finally comes up.

log in as a admin account, if this is at some workplace, well, can't tell you what to do, if this is at a home, if the account with admin rights have no pass, just log on to it, if it has a pass, ask and see if you can get the pass, only logical thing to me as it sounds like your running a guest account

Press the start button, type msconfig and press enter.

Under the tools tab, scroll down to disable UAC. Launch. Reboot.

I'm not saying that this is the best thing to do, I'm just offering you a solution.
