I have restored my computer back to IE8 because IE9 presented me with this:

"A problem caused the program to stop working correctly" and "A problem with this web page caused the program to stop working" The web page in question was my home page. Just to be safe I uninstalled Yahoo's "Browser Plus".

IE9 was a clean install, according to my system. Anyone have any idea what could've caused 9 to fail? Conflict with my anti-virus, malware software? Conflict with Yahoo?

Anyhow, I performed a restore and things are ok. Anyone else have this problem?

Yeah, press the start button, type inetcpl.cpl and press enter.

Go to the advanced tab, check the use software rendering instead of GPU box at the top. (video driver conflict); That should get IE9 up and runnin for ya :)

Both faith and fear may sail into your harbour, but only allow faith to drop anchor.
