Hi paulboc,

Your log is clean except for one minor item. Aluria is a somewhat reputable security firm that is partnered with Earthlink. Both have just come out with a firewall, so that is what those files are related to. If you have your Earthlink software set to update automatically, that's how it got installed and is nothing to worry about.

Scan again with HijackThis and put a check by the following:

O16 - DPF: {56336BCB-3D8A-11D6-A00B-0050DA18DE71} (RdxIE Class) - http://software-dl.real.com/24da6a2db4a7de...ip/RdxIE601.cab

Close any other windows you may have open and click Fix Checked.

If you are experienceing any other problems that make you think you may be infected with malware, reboot and post a new log and describe what's happening. Otherwise I'll post to your other thread about this issue as I have some comments and recommendations for you that would be more approppriately posted there.
