I don't like files that have been around forever on my computer if I think they are just information stores or dumps.

Do I need the Usrclass.dat file. I understand it is related to my profile, but it is 13m big now. Can I delete it and start over? Is there a program I can open it with to look at it?

It's never a good idea to play with system files.
usrclass.dat stores profile information, so I'd leave it alone.
How big is your drive since 13MB file seems to be bothering you?
