The programs have no description and I cannot close them

Malwarebytes claimed to have quarantined t1tvgqb.exe but it still opens, I have no idea how I've got these since I just did a system restore yesterday and the only thing I've downloaded since then is MSN and Google Chrome

Could deleting my Windows.old get rid of the problem? Since they're not running from my account? Sometimes when I restart my computer I'm left with a black screen and have restart multiple times or login through safemode to get control of my mouse.

Edit: Moved topic from Win 7 to the more appropriate forum. ~ Animal

Thank you, wasn't sure where to post this.

Also, this still keeps appearing on the scan.

Welcome aboard Posted Image

First of all, you have realize that system restore, in most cases, won't cure an infection.

Now, let's see what you got there...

Download Security Check from HERE, and save it to your Desktop.

* Double-click SecurityCheck.exe
* Follow the onscreen instructions inside of the black box.
* A Notepad document should open automatically called checkup.txt; please post the contents of that document.

============================================================================

Download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware (aka MBAM): https://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/malwarebytes-anti-malware/ to your desktop.

* Double-click mbam-setup.exe and follow the prompts to install the program.
* At the end, be sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
* If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
* Once the program has loaded, select Perform quick scan, then click Scan.
* When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
* Be sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
* When completed, a log will open in Notepad.
* Post the log back here.

Be sure to restart the computer.

The log can also be found here:
C:\Documents and Settings\Username\Application Data\Malwarebytes\Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware\Logs\log-date.txt
Or at C:\Program Files\Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware\Logs\log-date.txt

I don't see any AV program running.
Please install ONE of these:
- Avast! free antivirus: http://www.avast.com/eng/download-avast-home.html
- Avira free antivirus: http://www.free-av.com/en/download/1/avira_antivir_personal__free_antivirus.html
Update, run full scan, report on any findings.

[DETECTION] Contains code of the W32/Virut.Gen Windows virus

I'm afraid I have very bad news.

You are infected with a polymorphic file infector (VIRUT). This infection can and will infect all the machine's executable files .exe, .scr, .rar, .zip, .htm, .html. Because there are a number of bugs in its code, it may create executable files that are corrupted beyond repair resulting in an inoperative machine.

Malware experts say that a Complete Reformat and Reinstall is the only way to clean the infection. This includes All Drives that contain following files:
*.exe
*.scr
*.htm
*.html
*.xml
*.zip
*.rar
*.doc
*.jpg
*.pdf

Backup all your documents and important items only.
DO NOT backup any files mentioned above.

I suggest you do the following immediately:

* Call all of your banks, credit card companies, financial institutions and inform them that you may be a victim of identity theft and to put a watch on your accounts or change all your account numbers.
* From a clean computer, change *all* your online passwords -- for email, for banks, financial accounts, PayPal, eBay, online companies, any online forums or groups you belong to.
* DO NOT change passwords or do any transactions while using the infected computer because the attacker will get the new passwords and transaction information.

For more information on Virut, and why you need to reformat, have a read of miekiemoes blog here.

To find out how to carry out an XP Reformat and Reinstall, please see this page. If you are using Vista, then check this page instead.

Once you have reformatted and reinstalled Windows, have a look at this page for some useful tips on staying clean, along with links to some freeware to help.

To find out more information about how you may have got infected in the first place, you can read this article.

I am sorry I cannot give any better news.

Well, that sucks.

How do I install Windows 7 over again without it backing up my files, it didn't give me an option to delete everything.

When you install Windows 7 you're given two options, install it on your current operating system or get rid of the previous operating system and create a windows.old folder, how do I bypass those options and just install a brand new operating system with absolutely no files except for the ones from the disc

See here: http://pcsupport.about.com/od/operatingsystems/ss/windows-7-clean-install-part-1.htm

it's best to wipe your primary hard drive partition clean and install Windows 7 from scratch - a procedure referred to as a "clean install" or sometimes as a "custom install".
