When I try to open a file that I've just downloaded, I get the message "the procedure entry point getprocessImageFileNameW could not be located in the dynamic link library PSAPI.DLL windows2000"

I may have deleted files when doing a spybot search and destroy I was wondering if there is a way to fix this since I have not been able to open any down loaded files for roughly a week now as I need a new anti-virus and firewall. Thanks for any input/help you can give.

If this file is a program or installer then this message may indicate that the program/installer is not compatible with Windows 2000. The getprocessImageFileNameW system call (AKA "procedure") was not introduced until Windows XP.
