vista antivirus 2012

I am not the most computer savvy person but I think I can spot a virus when I get one. Fortunately I have not had any on this computer until now. Looks like I have somehow got vista antivirus 2012 on here and would just love to know how to remove it correctly.

I also recommend you get Malwarebytes and do a full system scan after updating it (free version):
