infected with w32/blaster.worm

yesturday june 24 2011 my windows xp professional was attacked by this virus it said i had worm blaster and gave me an option to buy some program removal i did not buy it..
this virus does not allow me to open anything ive tried every solution out there but before i can open or download anything it stops and it says it is infected with worm blaster ive tried rkil and nothing works i cant even download anything. and when i try to star my computer in safe mode by pressing f8 it does not show up with safe mode option only windows xp proffessional

any help plz i'am low budget so i cannot afford new computer or expensive virus protector

After reading how the malware is misleading you ...
You will move to the Automated Removal Instructions

After you completed that, post your scan log here,let me know how things are.
The log is automatically saved and can be viewed by clicking the Logs tab in MBAM.
Copy and paste the contents of that report in your next reply. Be sure to post the complete log to include the top portion which shows MBAM's database version and your operating system.
