New Distro Release: systemd-free Debian-based Devuan 2.0 ASCII

Debian based Devuan 2.0 has been released. Devuan doesn’t use systemd and the new release allows you to choose between SysVinit and OpenRC init systems.

I've been using this for a while under WINE in Puppy. Installs and runs w/out hassle.

Problem with Ubuntu package install? Easily fix E: Unable to lock the administration directory (/var/lib/dpkg/), is another process using it? error.
