Safe Mode Prob.

So I'm trying to get on to my computer in safe mode so i can delete Spy Axe but every time i go on safe mode it says "wrong password or username". so now i can't delete Spy Axe. is there any way i can delete spy axe W/O going into safemode or any one who will give me advice how to get into my computer in safe mode?

I can't answer your topic at the current moment (If you could please give information about your saustem such as operating system)
