While in IE a warning popped up that a trojan horse file was on my computer. I quarantined it with AVG 2011. Now I cannot open word, excel, AVG, control panel and my malware programs won't run. What should I do to get back up and running? Thanks very much

Can you please download Malwarebytes from Malwarebytes.org and run a full scan. Then post the log of what MBAM found.

Could you then download SuperAntiSpyware and do the same as above, whilst posting a log.

If these do not detect the virus, there are other programs that you can use, just do this first.

Thank you
