Actor:C:\Windows\System32\SVCHO Target HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\C Action Set Regietry Security Key Is this a virus? How can I remove?

Impossible to say as both the "actor" and "target" are cut off before showing their full path. What tool are you using to get this information and what symptoms have you observed what might indicate an infection?
