I think I screwed up. I bought a motherboard and it supports SATA. I bought a 120GB SeaGate Ultra ATA. Will I not be able to install it? This is my first time building a computer so I don't know anything.

Should that even matter?

Ill answer anyway for reference.

Ultra ATA drives run on IDE, and have a different connector. Usually most motherboard support both sata and some form of IDE.

I'm going to return in and get a SATA. I wasn't thinking when I purchased the item.
