We have tried to get this malware off of our computer to no avail. We have downloaded and ran malwarebytes, tried reformatting in safe mode. When we tried reformatting in safe mode it gave the message: "cannot locate restore partition" restart computer. Can someone please help? We are running Windows XP, on a Sony Vaio desktop computer.
